1. Booking & Confirmation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Easygo Travel.<\/p>

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information. Names must match valid passports or identification documents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

2. Prices & Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prices may be quoted in IDR, SGD, MYR, or other currencies and are subject to availability.<\/p>

Prices may change before confirmation due to exchange rates, supplier rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, peak-season charges, or other operational factors.<\/p>

Payment must be made within the deadline stated in the quotation or invoice. Unpaid bookings may be automatically cancelled.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

3. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.<\/p>

Cancellation fees, amendment fees, and refund eligibility depend on the conditions of the relevant hotel, ferry operator, airline, golf course, attraction, or other service provider.<\/p>

Certain confirmed services may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or non-transferable<\/strong>.<\/p>

Approved refunds may be subject to supplier penalties, administrative fees, bank charges, and processing time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

4. Travel Documents<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Customers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents are valid and complete.<\/p>

Easygo Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or invalid travel documents.<\/p>

For visa assistance, approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authority, embassy, or consulate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

5. Itinerary & Service Changes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Easygo Travel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, schedules, hotels, transportation, attractions, golf tee times, or other arrangements due to weather, traffic, supplier availability, government regulations, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>

Where possible, a suitable alternative will be provided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

6. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Some services are provided by independent third parties, including hotels, airlines, ferry operators, golf courses, transportation companies, restaurants, and attraction operators.<\/p>

Their respective terms and policies may also apply to your booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

7. No-Show & Unused Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No refund will normally be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, missed ferry or flight departures, or unused portions of a confirmed package due to the customer’s personal decision or circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

8. Travel Insurance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
